1.) There will be NO EVENING PRACTICE tomorrow (FRIDAY). Remember we have a special practice featuring SwimRVA coaches tomorrow morning and Fun Team is invited to that.

2.) If you haven't RSVP'd your swimmers and signed up for a job for Tuesday's meet, take care of that before noon tomorrow by clicking here. 

3.) Our 2025 t-shirts are here! If you don't have yours yet, look for Greg Jabs on deck Tuesday evening before the start of the meet. A big thank-you to the Jabs and Semisch families for designing, producing, and distributing shirts this year.

4.) If you need a swim cap, coaches have them at practice. $5 cash or Venmo.
