Practice schedule:

Morning practice (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri - no practice the morning after a meet)

Age 8 and under: 9:00 - 10:00

Age 9 and up: 10:00 - 11:00

Fun Team 9:00 - 9:45 Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

Evening practice (Mon-Thursday): all ages 5:30 - 6:30

In 2024 we celebrated 20 years of teaching the sport of swimming in a fun and growth-oriented atmosphere, while bringing families together to make summer memories. Great coaches and dedicated parent volunteers power everything we do.

Our size varies from year to year, but our team is generally around 50-80 swimmers, ages 4 to 18 years old, with a "fun team" option for little ones who can swim but who can't quite make it all the way across the pool. 

We practice and host meets at the Founders Bridge neighborhood pool in Midlothian (here's a map).

We're a member of the non-profit Chesterfield Aquatic League, a summer league for teams located in Chesterfield County. 

Our swim season is about eight weeks long, beginning after Memorial Day. We have six meets -- three at home and three away -- and end with the league's Champs meet in July. 

Our team is open to swimmers who live in Founders Bridge or whose grandparents live in Founders Bridge. We also welcome a limited number of non-resident families as space allows.
